► I have not received my item?

All registered orders come with a tracking number, your tracking number will be sent to your email/ FB inbox. You may check the delivery status through courier website. Otherwise, please contact us at customers@mixiematchie.com and we will assist you.

          For Malaysia customer, you may visit  http://poslaju.com.my/track-trace/ to track your parcel.

          For Sinapore customer, you may visit http://beta.singpost.com/ to track your parcel.

          For overseas parcels, please key in your tracking number at http://beta.singpost.com/ track & trace.

 

► I have missing item in my order?

Your order may be sent separately. Hence, do check your email inbox for any notification from us. In the event that you do not receive any notification from us, kindly contact us customer@mixiematchie.com and we will reply to you as soon as possible.

 

► Why did my parcel bounce?

In the unfortunate event of bounced mail, customers will have to bear postage charges for redelivery. If the reason for bounced mail arises due to error on our party, postage cost will borne by us. Bounced mail that is left unclaimed for 3 months will be deemed as Mixie Matchie property without prior notice.

 

► I received a defected/ incorrect item?

We apologise if we had sent you a defective/incorrect item. Please email to customer@mixiematchie.com with attaching a snapshot of defected part and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

*Please note that small washable stains, fixable loose threads, minor colour differences and creases are not considered defects.

 

► What is your return and refund policy?

Please note that we are unable to process refunds for any reason.

► How do I make an exchange? 

For size or item exchange, please contact us by email at customer@mixiematchie.com to request an exchange within (7) days of receiving the item.  The product must be in its original condition, unwashed and unworn.

 

Ways of exchange:

1. Local returns by mail

You may mail the item back to our returned Address: 59 Ubi Ave 1, #06-05 Bizlink Centre Singapore 408938 via a mode of delivery that allows tracking. We are no liable for loss mails sent by normal mail and unable to proceed on with the return if the item does not reach us. All additional shipping fees will be borne by the customer.

*No cash refunds are allowed. 

2. Exchange in office

Exchange is allowed at our office and you will need to top up the difference if you exchange the higher value item.

*No cash refunds are allowed.

3. International returns by mail

All items (NOT including the sale items) can be returned within 30 days from the date of your order in original condition unwashed and unworn. You may mail the item back to our returned Address: 59 Ubi Ave 1, #06-05 Bizlink Centre Singapore 408938 via a mode of delivery that allows tracking. We are no liable for loss mails sent by normal mail and unable to proceed on with the return if the item does not reach us. All additional shipping fees will be borne by the customer.

► Can I contact you directly with any questions?

Please email to customer@mixiematchie.com with any questions regarding your order. We will get back to you within 48 hours on a working day.

 

► When are particular items released?

New arrivals update on every Tuesday. Please sign up for the Mixie Matchie newsletter. From there you will be able to subscribe to receive email alerts each time we release new products or vouchers.
